More chiropractic.
Aside from the very lengthy trip to and from, these appointments only take five or ten minutes. And they're not particularly unpleasant for Scruffy, either. Today, he only hissed after I put him back into the carrier. Slid his Kitty Pi out of the carrier with him in it, the vet treated him sitting in the Pi in the meatloaf position, and then I slid him back into the carrier. It was sooo easy; he didn't even have to stand up for the entire appointment, and he never had to make eye contact with the vet, either.
There were 6 vertebrae out of whack the first appointment, but only two or three this time. He doesn't have to go back for 8 weeks. I haven't gotten to see him maneuvering since we got home to see if there appears to be a difference or not.
